- Dibuka is a French Library in South Africa, which requested a collaborative brochure and poster design of French and South African cultures. I wanted the viewer to feel seen and represented in the illustrations. I showcased elements of South African pain and triumphs in the illustrations so that the viewer can identify with aspects of their history whilst still creating a new journey with the French language. By using black and white I wanted to create a blank canvas whereby through engaging with the library the viewer can create a new collaborative palette on what it means to be human in this black and white world.
